JOCELYN BOE is a sophomore majoring in Biology with a minor in Music. Jocelyn is a first year Ambassador with the Richter Center. As a Smittcamp Family Honors College Scholar, Jocelyn volunteered at Fresno State during her Freshman year with various organizations, such as the Bulldog Pantry and the St. Agnes Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Jocelyn is also a founding member of the improvisational troop FLOCC, which performs to raise funds for local community benefit organizations. Prior to entering Fresno State, Jocelyn volunteered with City Impact in the Tenderloin District of San Francisco with Eighth Period Underground for three years.
